Social Security Number
Personal Identification Number
Creating A Personal Identification Number
If this is your first time using Account Access, you'll need to choose a Personal Identification Number (PIN). The PIN must be 5 to 8 characters long and contain numbers only. If you already use the Shareholder InfoLine phone system to access your accounts, you may use the same PIN associated with your account. If you do not remember your PIN, contact Shareholder Services at (800) 368-3527 for further assistance.
