8. Can I move money between funds?
Exchanges of dollar amounts to new or existing funds are allowed provided that fund minimums are met. Additionally, there is a maximum exchange amount of $100,000. All exchanges need to be made by 4:00 pm ET to take place at the current business day's closing price. Exchanges made after that time will be processed at the next business day's closing price. Certain exchanges between mutual funds in your account are taxable events and may expose you to capital gains and distribution taxes. We encourage you to contact your financial professional before making exchanges in your portfolio to discuss tax consequences and the overall impact of the exchange on your financial strategy.
9. How often is the information updated?
The information, such as account balances, you see are updated as of the end of the previous business day. All balances are based on those fund prices.
10. How do I know my account information is secure?
First of all, you will need a Personal Identification Number (PIN) in order to enter your account information. It's important that you do not give that number to anyone. Additionally, after you have logged into Account Access, your login will time out after 15 minutes of inactivity. You will be required to log in again to access your account information. The data associated with your account login travels over the Internet in an encrypted format called Secured Socket Layer (SSL). This encryption standard allows data to be scrambled, protecting it from being intercepted and read as it travels over the Internet. Please see our list of browser requirements to make sure your browser supports SSL.
11. When is online Account Access available?
We have made every effort to make this Web site feature available to you 24 hours a day. From time to time, it may be unavailable because of basic scheduled maintenance. Additionally, Account Access may appear slow or unavailable when daily information is being updated.
