What Tax Forms Could You be Receiving?

2007 Qualifying Dividend Income (QDI)
Shareholders are eligible for lower federal income tax rates for certain ordinary income distributions for some funds. See the list of percentages that qualify as QDI for 2007.

2007 Interest Earned on U.S. Government Obligations
Most states exempt interest earned on direct obligations of the federal government from state and local taxes. However, exemption requirements vary from state to state. See the table of U.S. government obligations interest earnings for help with determining your exemption.

2007 AXA Enterprise Tax-Exempt Income Fund Information
The AXA Enterprise Tax-Exempt Income Fund has designated 98.85% of the income distributions paid monthly by each share class of the fund during the taxable year ended December 31, 2007 as tax-exempt interest dividends for federal income tax purposes. Keep in mind, a portion of the income you receive from an investment in the Tax-Exempt Income Fund may be free from state taxes. In most cases, this entire amount is excludable for federal income tax purposes. See the chart of income paid out by state for help determining your exclusions. In 2007, the fund also paid taxable long-term capital gains, which are reported to shareholders on a 1099-DIV form.

You can download tax schedules and forms from the Internal Revenue Service Web site or request them over the phone at 1-800-TAX-FORM. You can also reach the IRS 24-hour recorded information line at 1-800-829-4477 and 1-800-829-4059 (TDD).
