Fund REORGANIZATION: Frequently Asked Questions
The reorganization of the AXA Enterprise Growth Fund into the Goldman Sachs Capital Growth Fund occurred after the close of business on December 14, 2007. Previously, 26 AXA Enterprise funds were reorganized into corresponding funds offered by the Goldman Sachs Trust, effective after close of business on June 22, 2007.

When did the transitions take place?
With the exception of the AXA Enterprise Growth Fund, the transition took place on Friday, June 22, 2007. AXA Enterprise funds have been reorganized into the corresponding Goldman Sachs funds using the fund price after close of business (4 p.m. ET) on that day. The AXA Enterprise Growth Fund reorganization transition took place Friday, December 14, 2007 after the close of business.

How can I view the account information of AXA Enterprise funds not reorganizing?
With the exception of employer-sponsored retirement plans, you may continue to access your account information online at www.axaenterprise.com/access/.

How do I find my fund’s reorganization exchange ratio?
Share exchange ratios for each AXA Enterprise fund involved in the reorganizations can be found at https://www.axaenterprise.com/funds/reorg.asp.

How can I access my Goldman Sachs fund information online?
After the fund reorganizations, if you own a Goldman Sachs fund, you may view your account information at www.goldmansachs.com/accountaccess.

Will I need a new login Personal Identification Number (PIN) to access my fund information at Goldman Sachs?
Your PIN will initially remain the same as the one you currently use to log in at AXA Enterprise. If you change your PIN at www.goldmansachsfunds.com, your PIN will be different from the one used at www.axaenterprise.com unless you change that one as well.

I own AXA Enterprise and Goldman Sachs funds. Can I view all funds at one location online?
You will need to view account information for each particular fund family on the respective Web site of the fund company. AXA Enterprise accounts can be viewed from www.axaenterprise.com/access. Goldman Sachs accounts can be viewed at www.goldmansachs.com/accountaccess. Additionally, you will receive two separate statements from each fund company going forward.

How can I access my employer-sponsored retirement plan account information?
Account access for your SIMPLE IRA, AXA Enterprise 401(k), Individual(k), 403(B) or Retirement Plan Plus 401(k) can be found at www.goldmansachsfunds.com/retirement. As a reminder, toll-free phone numbers for employer-sponsored retirement accounts have not changed; please feel free to call if you have questions about your account.
